1) Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to LTECH Luxury Technology (“LTECH,” “we,” “our,” or “us”),
a company established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website
ltech.sa and any related pages, content, products, and services we make available
through it (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these
Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you are at least eighteen (18) years old, have full legal capacity to enter into a binding
contract under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these
Terms, and “you” refers to both you and that entity.

3) Changes to the Terms or the Site

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable laws and regulations.
Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where a change is material, we will
make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance (for example, by a notice on the Site or by email). Your continued use of the
Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of
the Site at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4) Accounts & Security

• Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information, and keep it updated.
• Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notification: Notify us immediately at info@ltech.sa of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
• Suspension & Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law, if required by a competent authority, or for another legitimate reason, as described in Section 15.

5) Intellectual Property & License

The Site and all content, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons, images, software, and other materials on the Site
(collectively, “Content”) are owned by LTECH or its licensors and are protected under the intellectual property
laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Copyright Law and the applicable Trademarks Law, as well as applicable
international treaties. Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site (including those of our technology
partners and vendors) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for
your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any
Content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

6) Your Content

• Responsibility: If you upload, post, submit, or otherwise provide content to the Site, including through contact or request forms (“User Content”), you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to do so, and that your User Content complies with these Terms and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• License to LTECH: You grant LTECH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to operate the Site, respond to your requests, and provide our services.
• Personal Data: Any personal data included in your User Content will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
• Removal: We may remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, or as required by a competent authority.

7) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to, and will not assist or enable others to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law;
• Publish, transmit, or store any content that violates Islamic values, public order, public morals, or national security, or that is defamatory, offensive, or invades the privacy of others;
• Infringe, misappropriate, or violate third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems, networks, or data, or disrupt the Site;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data, including personal data, from the Site by automated means without our prior written permission;
• Send unsolicited advertising or promotional messages through the Site;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Site.

We may report any activity we reasonably believe to be unlawful to the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and
cooperate with them as required by law. If you discover a security vulnerability in the Site, please report it responsibly to
info@ltech.sa and do not exploit or disclose it publicly.

8) Products, Services & Quotations

Information about products, solutions, and services on the Site is provided for general information purposes and does not
constitute a binding offer. The supply of any product or service is subject to a separate quotation, order, agreement, or
invoice issued by LTECH, which will prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in
Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs
Authority (ZATCA). Where you purchase as a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the E-Commerce Law, the
applicable consumer protection regulations, or other mandatory laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9) Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services, including those of our technology partners and vendors. Those
sites are not controlled by LTECH, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party
sites is at your own risk and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Third-party products supplied by LTECH may
also be subject to the manufacturer’s or vendor’s license terms and warranties.

10) Privacy, Personal Data & Cookies

We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its
Implementing Regulations, and the rules issued by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA). Our
Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, the purposes and legal basis
for processing it, how long we retain it, with whom we share it, whether it is transferred outside the Kingdom, and how we use cookies.

You have the rights granted to you under the PDPL, including the right to be informed, to access your personal data, to request its
correction or destruction, and to withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent. Where consent is required (for example,
for non-essential cookies or marketing communications), we will request it separately. To exercise your rights, contact us at

11) Electronic Communications & Notices

By using the Site, you agree to receive service-related communications from us electronically (e.g., emails or notices on the Site).
In accordance with the Electronic Transactions Law, you agree that agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide
electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We will send you marketing communications only
where permitted by law, and you may opt out of them at any time.

12) Disclaimers

To the extent permitted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Site and all Content are provided “as is”
and “as available” for general information purposes, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied,
including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. LTECH does not warrant that the Site will be
uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that
cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, LTECH and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and
agents will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising
out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these
Terms or the Site will not exceed the amounts you paid (if any) to use the Site during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving
rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or any other liability that
cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including the Civil Transactions Law.

14) Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LTECH and its affiliates, officers, directors,
employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including reasonable legal fees)
to the extent arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law, your User Content, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or
applicable law, if required by a competent authority, or to protect the security of the Site or its users. Upon termination, the rights and
licenses granted to you will end immediately, and you must cease all use of the Site. Provisions which by their nature should survive
termination (including Sections 5, 13, 14, and 16) will survive.

16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The parties will first try to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site amicably within thirty (30)
days of written notice of the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it will be referred to the competent courts in Jeddah,
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This does not affect any right you may have as a consumer to file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce or
another competent authority.

17) Compliance, Export & Sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including those relating to anti-money
laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and the implementation of United Nations Security Council sanctions. Certain technology products
and software supplied by LTECH may also be subject to the export control and sanctions laws of the countries where they originate, and you
agree not to use, export, or re-export them in violation of those laws.

18) Copyright & IP Claims

If you believe any Content infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@ltech.sa
with details of the alleged infringement, your contact information, a description of the work you claim has been infringed, and a statement
that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will review your notice and may remove or disable access to the material
concerned. This is without prejudice to your right to pursue your claim before the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) or the
competent courts.

19) Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and LTECH regarding the use of the Site. Any separate agreement for products or services will govern those products or services.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor, provided that this does not reduce your rights under these Terms.
• Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Language: These Terms are available in Arabic and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version will prevail.
