even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these
Terms or the Site will not exceed the amounts you paid (if any) to use the Site during the twelve (12) months prior to the
event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LTECH and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from
and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for any dispute arising out
of or relating to these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory arbitration or other dispute resolution provisions
required by applicable law.

16) Compliance, Export & Sanctions

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or on any list
subject to sanctions or export restrictions that would prohibit your use of the Site. You agree to comply with all applicable
export control and sanctions laws and regulations.

17) Copyright & IP Claims

If you believe any Content infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with details of the alleged
infringement, your contact information, a description of the work you claim has been infringed, and a statement that you
